Shipping Policy

• You will receive your order within 2 to 7 days following the confirmation of your order. During peak selling periods, delivery may take an additional number of business days. Once you have completed the checkout process, you will receive an email with the shipping details and tracking number.  
• Customers must be 18 years of age or older to order from us. Delivery may not be available in some areas.   
• Your order can be delivered to your home or to an alternative address. When you are checking out, you will be able to change your delivery address or add a new one.  
• Depending on the circumstances, your order may be delivered in two packages. You will be informed of this at checkout. There will be no additional delivery fees in this case.   
• With our commitment to recycle or use sustainable materials, we're taking steps to do so. We are testing alternative packaging solutions, so your parcel may be packed in a paper bag or you may not have received individual polybags.
